Ontario Dental Association (ODA)

The Ontario Dental Association retained our firm to conduct a study to increase the ODA's understanding of both the issue of accessibility of dental services to low-income Ontarians and the participation of the Association's members in responding to the dental service needs of this segment of the Ontario population.

The study uses multiple lines of inquiry and telephone interviews with 38 component society presidents, a survey of a sample of ODA members, a survey of low-income Ontarians, analysis of dental data from the 1990 Ontario Health Survey, and analysis of ODA benefits data.
