Self-Evaluation Guide for FNCFS Organizations

We prepared this evaluation guide for DIAND, to serve as an optional resource for First Nations Child and Family Services (FNCFS) organizations to undertake evaluations of their agencies.

FNCFS organizations can receive a departmental contribution in their third and sixth years of operation to complete an evaluation of their operations. The handbook is designed as a practical guide to undertaking implementation evaluations, and included advice on managing evaluations involving consultants as well as assistance with conducting evaluations using only internal resources.

The guide-less than 50 pages with appendices and available in both English and French-may be used to assist organizations to prepare impact evaluations for provinces.
