TNS Express Telephone

Express Telephone is a bi-weekly telephone omnibus survey of 1,000 Canadian adults 18 years of age and older.

Interviewing

Interviewing is conducted via the FACTS Network, one of the largest and most advanced computer-assisted telephone interviewing systems in the world.

Timing

The field period runs from Monday to Thursday and full tabular results are available two working days after interviewing is completed. (Tabulation of open-ended questions may require up to five additional working days.) Client approved questions are required three working days prior to the start of field.
