Who Can Enter
This Contest
is open to all legal Canadian residents, 18 years of age or older
on July 1, 2005, who are members of the TNS Interactive
Canada Panel, except employees of TNS, its divisions, subsidiaries
and affiliates, their respective agencies, and members of their
respective immediate families and/or persons with whom any of the
foregoing are domiciled.

| How To Enter
NO PURCHASE
NECESSARY. All eligible members of the TNS Interactive Canada Panel
("Members") will be automatically entered (one (1) Entry
per Member) into the Contest on the Contest Start Date. Any one
who become a Member after the Contest Start Date, but prior to the
Time of Closing on the Contest Close Date, will also be automatically
entered (one (1) Entry per new Member) into the Contest. A member
can earn additional Entries by accumulating sweepspoints. One Entry
equals one sweepspoint. An Entry will be automatically submitted
for each survey successfully completed and submitted by a Member
prior to the Time of Closing on the Contest Close Date and for each
referral name provided by a Member to TNS Canadian Facts which results
in that individual referred joining the TNS Interactive Canada Panel
prior to the Time of Closing on the Contest Close Date. Members
may also submit additional Entries by hand writing their name, address,
telephone number, e-mail address and TNS Interactive Canada Panel
Identification Number on an 8 ½" x 11" piece of
paper and submitting same by pre-paid mail to: TNS Interactive Canada
Sweepstakes, 1075 Bay Street, 3rd Floor, Reference #38508, Toronto,
ON M5S 2X5. Limit one (1) mail in Entry per envelope per day. No
photocopied or mechanically reproduced Entries will be accepted.
All mail in Entries must be postmarked on or before the Contest
Close Date and must be received by TNS Canadian Facts October 10, 2005
in order to be eligible for the Contest. Eligible mail in Entries
will be entered into TNS Canadian Facts computer system for the
purposes of the Contest draws.

Prizes will
be awarded to winners in the form of a certified cheque. TNS Canadian
Facts is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming
any prize. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and
payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming
a prize in this Contest.
Prizes must
be accepted as awarded, no substitutions. TNS Canadian Facts shall
bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages
of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of
any prize.
TNS Canadian
Facts is not responsible for technical or computer errors, or for
late, lost, illegible, damaged, postage due, misdirected, misidentified
or incomplete Entries. Entries in any way tampered with, forged,
mutilated, incomplete, illegible, photocopied or mechanically reproduced,
or submitted by or through fraudulent means, may be disqualified,
in the sole discretion of TNS Canadian Facts . This includes any
Entry that does not comply with these Contest Rules in any respect.
Decisions of
TNS Canadian Facts are final on all matters of fact, interpretation,
eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to this Contest.
TNS Canadian Facts reserves the right at any time to withdraw this
Contest or to modify, amend, or supplement these rules, in its sole
discretion.
All Entries
become the property of TNS Canadian Facts. By participating in this
Contest and accepting a prize, prize winner acknowledges having
read and accepted these rules and consents to publication of name
(first name and first letter of last name only) by TNS Canadian
Facts on TNS Canadian Facts Website without further compensation.

winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: TNS Interactive

Toronto, ON M5S 2X5, with a written request by September 30, 2005.
With respect
to Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization
of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des
alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting
the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only
for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
This Contest
is subject to all Federal, Provincial and local laws. Void where
prohibited.
